Simone Gradellini,
born in 1960, is Manager of the Human Capital area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro. 
After the classical high school diploma, he graduated in Law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
He also attended the university course of the Institute of Forensic Application at the Faculty of Law in Modena, obtaining a certificate of merit in both academic years.
In 1988 he joined Confindustria as an industrial relations officer at Assopiastrelle (later Confindustria Ceramica).
Since 2005 he has been a Manager. In his 20 years in Confindustria Ceramica he participated, with increasing responsibilities, in nine renewals of the CCNL (national labour contract) of the sector.
From 2002 to 2008 he was a professor at the Faculty of Materials Engineering of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia for the degree course "Environment and safety in the Ceramic industry".
Since 2008 he has been Head of the Trade Union and Labour Service of Confindustria Ceramica, a position he was forced to renounce since he joined Confindustria Modena in the same year as Head of the Industrial and Labour Relations area.
In 2008 Confindustria placed him on the technical committee for Industrial relations and social affairs as a permanent guest.
In 2012 Federmeccanica appointed him a member of the "Expert Committee".
In 2015 Federmeccanica appointed him a member of the delegation for union negotiations.
In 2017 Federmeccanica appointed him a member of the new delegation for industrial relations.
