Alessandro Tullio

Trenitalia Tper Scarl

Alessandro Tullio, born in Rome in 1975, is the manager responsible for Trenitalia in the Emilia-Romagna region.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the La Sapienza University of Rome, he is registered with the List of Engineers of the Province of Rome. After an experience in Eco Service Consulting, from 2003 he joined Trenitalia, holding roles of increasing responsibility. From managerial employee (2003-2007) to professional (2007-2010), from maintenance manager (2010-2013) to programming manager (2013-2015), up to becoming manager responsible for Trenitalia in the Campania region, a position he held until 1st May 2018 when he became manager responsible for Trenitalia in the Emilia-Romagna region.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Mobility and Logistics supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Mauro Audisio

Bonzai Spa

General Manager of BONZAI and Head of the Manufacturing Business Unit at BCUBE, as well as CEO of the subsidiary B Fashion. He is responsible for the management and coordination of approximately 950 resources, including both internal and external staff, across a total of 200,000 square meters of warehouse space. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant economic and operational results, overseeing business plans, KPIs, budgets, and ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), as well as drafting the sustainability report. He has also managed strategic operations such as the acquisition of ZEROQUATTRO Logistica, a Granarolo spin-off, with an annual turnover of €80 million.
Previously, he built a long career at Arcese Trasporti S.p.A., where he held various roles of increasing responsibility—from leading the Italian Logistics Division (with 800 staff and 220,000 sqm of warehouses), to overseeing HR and administration, and coordinating international warehouse operations. He developed major Lean Six Sigma projects and also served as Key Account Manager for clients such as Michelin and Merloni Elettrodomestici.
From 18thJuly 2025 he is joint Managing Director of the Mobility and Logistics supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the period 2025-2026.

Claudio Franceschelli

Due Torri Spa

Claudio Franceschelli, born in 1958, is the President of OneExpress Italia Spa and Due Torri Spa.
OneExpress Italia Spa is the leading international network for the express transport of goods on pallets; Franceschelli is a founding partner and Vice President from its foundation to 2012, when he became President. Under his leadership, the Group is experiencing significant growth both nationally and internationally. It employs more than 100 employees and has a turnover of more than €120 million. He gained his first entrepreneurial experience at the age of 19 at the helm of Due Torri Spa. In the mid-1970s, he turned the company from a transport company into a 4 PL integrated logistics provider offering an outsourced logistics service according to the Anglo-Saxon model.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Mobility and Logistics supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Giuseppina Gualtieri

Tper Spa

Giuseppina Gualtieri, born in Moglia (MN) in 1957, is Chairman and CEO of Tper.
Graduated in Political Science, with a Political Economic - Industrial Economics orientation from the University of Bologna, she developed her professional experience (1982-2003) first as a researcher and secretary of the Scientific Committee and then as General Manager in Nomisma, a study and research company focused on real economy and public policy issues. She is an independent councillor on the board of directors of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and a member of the board of directors of Seta, a public transport company of Modena, and of the Associazione AIL of Bologna. In the past she held, among others, the positions of member of the Technical Secretariat of the Minister of Industry, Chairman and Manager of Ervet and Chairman and Managing Director of the G. Marconi Airport in Bologna (from 2007 to 2011).
From 1st June 2022 she is joint Managing Director of the Mobility and Logistics supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.
