Enza Lupardi,
born in 1963, is Head of the Tax and
Business Law area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.
After a diploma in accounting, she
graduated in Political Science with a thesis in labour law and social security
from the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. She also attended a master in
Business contracts for national and international trade at the Euroconference
Forensic Study Centre.
She is registered with the List of
Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bologna and is an Official Statutory
Auditor.
After her professional training and about
five years of experience in companies with roles in the tax and administrative
fields, she joined the Association in 1989.
In 2007 she became a Manager and carried
out consultancy and direct assistance to companies in the tax and business law
area.
Over the years, she has published texts and
practical guides for the members, both as an author and as a coordinator,
including "The accompanying note of the 627/78 Decree of the President of
the Republic", "Marketplace: business opportunities in civil and tax
matters" and "Corporate welfare and tax breaks".
She is also a professor of the Higher Education
course entitled "Constitution and management of business networks",
which is held at the Department of Legal disciplines of economy and of the
company of the Faculty of Economics, as well as being professor of the course
entitled "Tax crimes and offences in a national and transnational
perspective", which is part of the master's degree in criminal law of
business and economics at the Faculty of Law of the Alma Mater Studiorum. She
is also member of the technical group for taxation at National Confindustria,
member of the Regional Observatory for the adaptation of sector studies for the
Emilia-Romagna Region and councillor in the CDA (Board of Directors) of the Caf
(Tax assistance centre) of the Emilia-Romagna Industry.
