Morena Fiorentini,
born in 1970, is Head of the
Internationalisation area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.
After obtaining her language high school
diploma, she attended the Biennial School of Foreign Trade at IFOA (Training
Institute for Company Employees) and graduated in Political Sciences with an
international orientation from the University of Bologna with a thesis in
economics and international politics.
From 1992 to 1999 she was an official of
the Commercial and foreign service at the Small and Medium Enterprises Association
(API) in Bologna.
From 1999 to 2001 she worked in commercial
management at a medium-sized metalworking company in the agricultural machinery
sector.
From 2002 to 2007 she was Head of the
Commercial and foreign service at API.
Since 2007, with the establishment of
Unindustria Bologna, she is Head of the Internationalisation area of the
Association. The following figure among her areas of expertise: the
organisation of international projects for business combinations, consultancy
to companies for the definition of internationalisation projects, consultancy
and training on customs, currency issues, compliance with foreign laws or
regulations, national and international concessions, assistance to companies in
relations with foreign Embassies and Consulates, Ministries, CCIAA (Chamber of
Commerce), ICE, SACE, SIMEST, the promotion of the participation in public
contracts, including international ones.
