Maurizio Cappiello,
born in 1969, is Head of the Associative Marketing and Territorial Development area for the Bologna branch of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.
After having obtained a diploma in accounting, in 1998 he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna.
From 1997 to 1998 he was sales and after-sales officer for telephony and Internet products and services at Co.Di.Fin. Srl. 
 From 1999 to 2000 he was in charge of the sales of Internet products and services at Euro.Runner Srl. 
 From 2000 to 2003 he was a founding partner, administrator and sales manager at Eqo Srl, where he dealt with the definition of commercial policies and budgets, definition of the sales and after-sales division, as well as the relations with external suppliers. 
 In 2003 he joined the Association development area of API, the Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Bologna. Since 2007, following the merger of API with Assindustria Bologna, he has been responsible for the support of the Marketing department in the planning of commercial action, management of adhesion negotiations and resignation management, debt collection and Young Entrepreneurs Group secretariat within the Associative Development and Marketing area of Unindustria Bologna. 
 From 2011, until the birth of Confindustria Emilia, he is Head of the Development and Relations area with the Unindustria Bologna associates.
