Domenico Bellifemine,
born in 1975, is Head of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro Industrial Relations and Labour area.       
After graduating in Law from the University of Bari, he attended a master's degree in Human resource management and a further one in Personnel management. 
In 2002 he worked in a law firm. 
From 2003 to 2004 he was HR Generalist at Aros Srl. 
In 2005 he was an officer in the Legal area at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where he dealt with relations with trade unions, monitoring of the employment status of employees, organisational development and staff training, institutional, legal and economic scenarios in the labour market and in business organisation. 
From 2005 to 2006 he was editor of the Legal/Labour area at Il Sole 24 Ore. 
From 2006 to 2008 he was editor of the Legal/Labour area at Ipsoa-Indicitalia. 
In 2008 he was an officer in the Industrial Relations area at Assosistema.
In 2008 he joined Unindustria Bologna as Union Relations officer and since then deals with industrial relations management, union relations management, contract negotiation, interpretation and application of the provisions of legislative and contractual rules, litigation management. 
In 2016 he became Head of the Association's Union and social security service.
