Nicoletta Grosso,
born in 1974, is Head of Unimpiego, the search and selection service for the staff of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro. After the classical high school diploma, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law of the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. In 1999 she graduated with a thesis in civil law entitled: "Invalid contract and validation". In June 1999 she joined API, the Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Bologna, in the Trade union area and dealt with industrial relations. In 2007, following the merger of API with Assindustria Bologna, from which Unindustria Bologna originated, she also dealt with marketing and association development. Since 2010 she has become Head of Unimpiego, taking care not only of the recruiting of personnel but also of their selection and outplacement. From 2010 to March 2017 she was a member of the Board of Directors of PAY, a consultancy and payroll company of Unindustria Bologna. Since 2012, together with the Aldini Valeriani Foundation, she has also been involved in conference and orientation activities on issues relating to human resources and labour law.
