Giovanni Bartolotti,
born in 1962, is Manager of the Organisation, IT and Staff Services area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.
After the classical high school diploma, he graduated in Law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a thesis in civil procedural law entitled: "The lack of motivation for the sentence".
From 1990 to 2000 he was an officer in the Trade union and training area of the then Industrial Association of the Province of Modena, where he dealt with assistance and consultancy for businesses.
From 2001 to 2008 he was assistant to the Association's Management having relational functions with various institutional stakeholders and, on various occasions, having the function of ghostwriter.
Since 2001 he has been Head of the Information systems area of Confindustria Modena. His duties include: network administration and the development of information systems, architectural development and management of the Association's web portals, registry management and the creation of a migration project in the public Cloud (cloud as a service) of most of the Association's IT resources (groupware solutions, CRM, CSM, etc.).
Since 2001 he has been Head of the Training and education area and deals with relations among schools, universities and businesses, orientation projects, school-work alternation, consultancy for companies in the field of internships and work placement programmes.
In 2005 he founded and started the Modenese headquarters of Unimpiego Confindustria Srl, an intermediary company in the labour market of the Confindustria system; since 2006 he has become Person in charge of the company itself, coordinating the activities of a collaborator.
Since 2008 he has been the CEO of Nuova Didactica, the management school of the Association, accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region.
Since 2009 he has been Head of the Environment and Safety area of Confindustria Modena, now Confindustria Emilia, with the title of Manager.
In December 2010, he promoted, coordinated and managed the establishment of the ITS (Higher Technical Institute) Maker of Modena (mechanical engineering sector) with the participation of sixteen companies, the Municipality of Modena, a number of other Industrial Technical Institutes and the University.
