Filippo Forni,
born in 1974, is Head of the Research and Innovation area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro. 
After obtaining his scientific high school diploma, he graduated in Telecommunication engineering from the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna and attended a master's degree in Business administration at the Alma Graduate School in Bologna. 
In 2002 he worked as an agent and promoter at Elitel SpA where he dealt with services, telephony and the Internet in the B2B (PMI and SOHO) and B2C areas, directing the management and development of the customer portfolio. 
In 2003 he was Assistant product manager at Chloride Group. His duties included: analysis of competitors and implementation of a product analysis and enhancement system capable of optimising the development costs within the European market. 
In 2004 he joined Assindustria and within the Association he has been involved, over the years, in association development, organisation and preparation of events, media and marketing plans, target segmentation and market analysis, start-up support, special projects, such as the development support of the CRM (2006), an e-procurement project in collaboration with Confindustria (2006), the implementation of a web-based networking platform for the associated companies (2009), business network projects (2012-2014). 
He is also an expert in business networks and in European funding calls (Horizon2020) and technology transfer.
