Tamara Labadze,
born in 1989, she is presently the Manager of the Training and School area of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.After a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in Business Management from the State University of Tbilisi, she graduated in Lifelong Education and Continuing Education Sciences from the University of Bologna.  
From 2009 to 2010 she was a Training Manager at English Book in Tbilisi, Georgia.
From 2012 to 2013 she was a translator at BasisBank Spa in Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 2012 she was a scholarship holder at the University of Milan.
From 2013 to 2015 she was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Italy. 
From November 2014 until December 2015 she joined the Association as a trainee in the Training and School area of what was then Unindustria Bologna. 
From December 2015 to November 2019 she was an official in the Training and School area, of which she became the Manager in December 2019.
