Stefano Scutigliani, born in Bologna in 1963, is the CEO
of Metalcastello.
Graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Bologna, he is
enrolled in both the Register of Chartered Accountants and in that of Official
Statutory Auditors. Between 1988 and 1995 he worked as Manager at the
PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditing Company and then joined the Gruppo Caterpillar
where he held various positions, including international ones, such as Managing
Director, CFO, Strategy Director and M&A. Since January 2015 he has held
the dual role of CEO of Metalcastello and Director of CIE Automotive Gears
Division, business unit of the Spanish multinational group CIE Automotive.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Machinery supply chain of
Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Varvel Spa
Mauro
Cominoli, born in Lecco on 9 June 1966, is General Manager and member
of the Board of Directors of Varvel Spa.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Management from the
University of Bologna, and has been with Varvel since January 1999. For the
first three years, he was in charge of quality assurance, safety and IT, while
in 2002 he became General Manager and member of the Board of
Directors. The company from Crespellano (BO) designs, manufactures and
sells transmission parts, in particular gearboxes and mechanical speed
variators.
From 1999 to 2022, the company grew from a turnover of 11 million euro to 32.5
million euro. In 2022, the Group almost reached 50 million euro turnover.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Machinery supply
chain of
Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

T.C.M. di Covezzi Giancarlo Srl
Paolo
Covezzi is the CEO of T.C.M., a company from Nonantola (MO).
He joined T.C.M. in 1989 after receiving a high-school diploma as a technical
expert in the same year at the F. Corni Industrial Technical Institute in
Modena. From 1989 to 1995, he worked as a technical office employee; from
1995 to 1997, he worked as warehouse manager, until becoming production manager
and managing director in 2000 and, finally, from 2014 to 2019, Chairman of the
Board of Directors. He has been Managing Director since January 2019.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Machinery supply

Campagnola Srl
Laura
Ferretti is the owner of Campagnola S.r.l., together
with her mother Graziella Rondani.
The company in Zola Predosa (BO) is a manufacturer of agricultural machinery,
in particular electromechanical, pneumatic and endothermic systems to
facilitate the pruning of any type of plant and the harvesting of olives and
blueberries, as well as other fruits and berries. With a degree in Foreign
Languages and Literature from the University of Bologna, she was a teacher at a
high school in Bologna for a few years before joining the family business in
1994, founded by Commendator Pio Vittorio Ferretti in 1958. Together with her
mother and a group of internal managers and external consultants, she has been
leading the company since 2011, continuing the path of major investments in
research and development of new products and markets and maintaining the
company policy centred on the values handed down by her father.
From 1st June 2022 she is joint Managing Director of the Machinery supply

Italtractor ITM Spa
Maria Cecilia La Manna
is the Managing Director of the Italtractror ITM Spa Group and
Vice-President and Managing Director of Titan ITM Holding S.p.A.
She graduated in Economics from the University of Bologna in 1988 and, the same
year, she completed an Audit Master organised jointly by the University of
Bologna and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since 2007, she has been CEO of the
Italtractor ITM SpA group, a global player in the design, production and
distribution of components for machinery in the agricultural, mining and
construction sectors. Currently, she is Vice President and CEO of the Titan ITM
Holding group, which includes the Italtractor ITM S.p.A. Undercarriage Division
and the Titan Italia S.p.A. Agricultural Wheel Division. She holds the position
of Independent Director in the Boards of Directors of the companies Technogym
S.p.A. and Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.

Silvia
Pecorari is Vice President of Strategic Development at HANSA TMP Srl. A
graduate in International Management from the University of Bologna and Carson
Business School in Minneapolis, after a long international experience in Europe
and the United States in the business consulting sector, she joined the family
business that designs, manufactures and distributes a complete range of
hydraulic components, hydrostatic transmissions, pumps, motors, valves and
controls. In the company, Silvia is in charge of expansion in strategic markets
and promotion of innovative projects in collaboration with start-ups and
universities. Since February 2019, she is Vice President of the Young
Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Emilia Area Centro.

Guido Rossi, born in
Molinella (BO) on 27 November 1963, is managing director of Nobili
S.p.A. In 1988, he graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna
and is also a Director in the Board of Directors of the company, based in
Molinella (Bo), a reference point in the production of agricultural
machinery.
Since 2020, he is a member of the executive board of ASSOMAO FederUnacoma.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Machinery supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Sarti, 39 years old, is a partner in Meccanica Sarti Srl. A
graduate in Management Engineering from the University of Bologna, she is a
partner in Meccanica Sarti Srl, which celebrates 95 years in business in 2022. In
the company since 2006, she manages the commercial area and is mainly in charge
of relations with foreign customers.

Vaccari Mauro Srl
Nicola
Vaccari, born in Molinella (BO) in 1967, is Managing Director of
Vaccari Mauro Srl, Faeba Srl and Siger Srl. With a diploma in
industrial mechanical engineering, he started working in the family business in
1985 at the same time as he obtained his diploma, covering roles of increasing
responsibility.
Managing Director since 1997, in 1999 he founded Faeba Srl, a company dealing
with industrial painting in which he holds the role of Managing Director. In
2020, with the acquisition of the majority shareholding in Siger Srl by Vaccari
Mauro Srl, he took on the role of CEO.
