Carnevali was born in Emilia region in 1968 and is President of the Board of
Directors and General Manager of Cadicagroup in Carpi (MO). Focusing on the
development of innovative and technological services within some strategic
committees, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Estro - Milan,
Scatolificio Giorgi - Tolentino (MC), A+A - Milan, New Label - Monteodorisio
(CH), Softintime - Carpi (MO). He was Vice-President of Associazione
Earthquake.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Fashion and Luxury
supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Bierrebi Italia Srl
Francesco Virlinzi, born in 1972, is the President and
CEO of Bierrebi Italia S.r.l. based in Sasso Marconi (BO), whose majority
share is held by the family holding Evirfin S.p.A.
He graduated in Administration and Management Control at the L.U.I.S.
University of Rome in 1996. The company operates in the manufacturing sector
and, in particular, in the construction of mechanical and electronic machines
for the textile industry with an export share of 95% of production. In 2021,
the company achieved its record turnover of around 15 million with an EBITDA of
43%. Since October 2021, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Milan-based financial company Effesud Spa.
