Since
2011, Roberto Tunioli, born in Bologna in 1958, has been the President,
CEO and main shareholder of Fervi Spa, an industrial holding company active
in the world of professional and semi-professional tools in the field of
hardware and tools.
Since 2018, FERVI Spa has been listed on the Euronext market managed by Borsa
Italiana.
Among his numerous awards are: "Entrepreneur of the Year 2006" (10th
ed.It. Ernst & Young) and “ID People Awards 2007” - worldwide recognition
in the field of Automatic Identification.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Metals and Composite Materials supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the period 2022-2025.
From 6th February 2025 he is Chairman of the Metals and Composite Materials supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the period 2025-2026.

SIT Società Italiana Tecnospazzole SpA
Since
2017, Alessandro Acquaderni has been Sales and Marketing Director of
SIT Tecnospazzole and, he has been a member of its Board of
Directors since 2018.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bologna in 2012, he
is currently attending an Executive MBA at Harvard Business School, Boston, USA
(2021-2023).
He joined the company in 2009 holding positions of increasing responsibility.
Since 2022, he has been Vice President of the FEIBP-European Brushware
Federation.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of the Young Entrepreneurs Group
of Confindustria Emilia.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director
of the Metals and Composite Materials supply chain of Confindustria
Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

SIRA Industrie SpA
Since
2005, Valerio Gruppioni has been President of the Sira Group, where
he has worked for more than 40 years.
Under his management, the group (founded by his father) has developed a strong
internationalisation project, which has led to the installation of several
production units around the world.
He is the only foreign member of the Chinese Ministerial Coordinating Committee
of aluminium radiator manufacturers, a recent member of the Leonardo Committee,
which promotes and affirms Italian Quality worldwide, and a member of the Board
of Directors of the Sant'Orsola Foundation.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director
of the Metals and Composite Materials supply chain of Confindustria
Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

CPC Group (Mitsubishi Chemical)
Sebastiano Rio since february 2024 is CEO of the CPC Group (Mitsubishi Chemical).
He graduated in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and has extensive experience (1994-2009) at Whirlpool Europe, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President of Operations and CEO. From 2009 to 2011, he held the position of COO at Ferrari, and from 2012 to 2014, he was part of the Coesia Group as Group Executive Vice President of Operations and CEO of Cima. From November 2014 to February 2024, he worked at Brembo, holding roles as CEO of Global Aftermarket, CEO of the Global Motorcycle Division, as well as President of SBS and JJuan.
From 6th February 2025 he is joint Managing Director of the Metals and Composite Materials supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2025-2026.
