Claudio Stefani

Acetaia Giusti Srl

Claudio Stefani is the CEO of Acetaia Giusti. He is a management engineer and after eight years at Accenture as Business Consultant, he joined the family business, Acetaia Giusti, in 2005, with the task of taking over its management and relaunching it.  
In the 2005-2021 period, he reacquired the majority stake through an LBO transaction, became a Director of the Consorzio Produttori Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (Consortium of Balsamic Vinegar Producers of Modena PGI), and took Acetaia Giusti from € 1.5Mln with 6 employees to € 11 Mln with 60 employees, with 70% of its turnover developed abroad in 60 countries, including 4 commercial branches (USA, Germany, Hong Kong, Seoul), 3 flagship stores (Milan, Bologna, Modena) and a company museum visited by more than 30,000 people a year.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Gianmaria Cesari

Umberto Cesari Srl

Gianmaria Cesari, born in Bologna on 10 September 1975, is the CEO of Umberto Cesari
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Bologna, he moved to Seville a year before graduating, where he attended the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. After graduation, he moved to Dublin for six months to attend an intensive Business English course at the Trinity College. Thereafter, he started working in the family business, Umberto Cesari, where his first goal was to revitalise the North American market. Under his leadership, Umberto Cesari has become one of the top five Italian wine importers in Canada and Mexico and has almost tripled the company's business in the United States; moreover, shares of the current Canadian importer have been acquired in order to strengthen relations between the two companies.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Alessia Cocchi

Catta 27 Srl

Alessia Cocchi, a graduate in Law from Rome's 'La Sapienza' University, is the CEO of Catta 27 Srl
She is in charge of human resources and administration, quality and environmental certification, and is responsible for safety. She deals with external consultancy management, budget supervision in collaboration with auditors and administrative and tax consultants, management of corporate legal affairs, management of medical consultants and charity projects in the area.
From 1st June 2022 she is joint Managing Director of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Riccardo Fava

Fava Spa

Riccardo Fava, born in Cento (FE) in 1963, is a Partner of Fava Spa as well as CEO and General Manager of Baltur Spa. 
Graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna, he obtained the qualification to exercise the profession of Chartered Accountant in 1988. In the same year he began his professional career within the family businesses, holding roles of increasing responsibility. Since 1999 he is CEO and General Manager of Baltur, he is also CEO of Relfin and in 2011 he founded Italtherm, of which he is Deputy Chairman and CEO. He was President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Ferrara from 1998 to 2002 and President of Unindustria Ferrara from 2010 to 2014.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Jacopo Gualandi

Coswell Spa

Jacopo Gualandi, born in Bologna on January 16, 1978, is the Co-CEO of Coswell Spa
Graduated in Business Economics from the University of Bologna, he has been Coswell's Co-Chief Executive Officer since 2009 with commercial responsibilities on export and pharmacy and delegated powers on demand planning, regulation and quality. Since 2017, he has overseen the opening of Coswell's branches in Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary and the United Kingdom, of which he is also a Director.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Paolo Molinari

Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori Spa

Paolo Molinari, born in Modena in 1970, is the CEO of Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori Spa. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Modena and a Masters in Business and Administration from SDA Bocconi. In 2016, with two other partners, he took over Casoni Spa in order to give continuity to a company that was also a family business. He represents the seventh generation of Casoni's company history, which began in 1814.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Agri-food supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.
