Basell Poliolefine Italia Srl
Claudio Mingozzi is R&D Business Finance & ADM Manager of Basell Poliolefine Italia.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bologna, he boasts more than thirty years of experience in the chemical sector of the production and development of polyolefins having held, within Basell Poliolefine Italia, various roles of responsibility, such as Engineering and Maintenance, Logistics and Supply Chain. He currently works at the Management of the Giulio Natta Research Centre within the Basell plant in Ferrara, where he holds the role of Financial Manager, contributing to the definition and approval of the budgets of the Group's research programmes. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Basell Poliolefine Italia, acting as a Councillor, and Deputy Chairman of Unindustria Ferrara.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Scam SpA
Born in 1963, he
began his career as an area sales engineer at SIAPA SPA (Federconsorzi Group),
which produces technical means for agriculture (phyto-sanitary products and
fertilisers). In 1992, he moved to Milan to work at Federchimica-Agrofarma.
After a short period, he returned to the world of the agrochemical industry.
From 1996 to 2011, he worked for the Sipcam-Oxon group (phyto-sanitary
products, fertilisers, fine chemistry) where he had the opportunity to gain
significant professional experience until he reached the position of Executive
Business Director for Oxon Italia Spa, dedicating himself mainly to the
development of commercial subsidiaries and foreign production sites. He managed
the development of further initiatives such as the establishment of two joint
ventures in China aimed at building two plants for the chemical synthesis of
active ingredients for phyto-sanitary products. From 2011 to 2014, he was
General Manager of Novamont and President of Novamont North America,
contributing to the development of the "Matrica project" in joint
venture with ENI aimed at building the first biorefinery for the production of
biodegradable oils from renewable sources (agro chain).
In 2015, he left
Milan and moved to Modena after being called upon to manage the succession of
the previous management and the relaunch of Scam Spa, an agrochemical company
producing phyto-sanitary products and fertilizers for agriculture. He holds the
position of CEO and Chairman of the board of Choncimer Srl, a company recently
acquired by Scam Spa that produces organic fertilizers. Within Confindustria,
he is outgoing President of the Organo-mineral Fertilizers Group of
Assofertilizzanti.
Since 14th March 2024 he is joint Managing Director of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the two-year period 2024-2026.

Endura SpA
Since
2018, Marianna Vollaro has been CEO of
Endura SpA, of which she has been Vice President since 2016.
In 2005, she
graduated in business economics from the University of Bologna. In 2007, she
obtained a Master's Degree in International Business at Luiss University in
Rome and, in 2016, an Executive MBA at Bocconi University in Milan.
Endura is a
chemical company operating worldwide in the insecticides market, with
headquarters in Bologna and production facilities and research and development
activities in Ravenna. Endura also produces in India and China, in
collaboration with Sinochem Chem-China. The Group's consolidated turnover
forecast for 2022 is €80MM with 130 employees.
