Since 2005, Simone Mangini has been a
partner of Studio Torta in Bologna, specialising in Industrial Property
consultancy, particularly in the field of chemical, pharmaceutical,
biotechnological and mechanical patents.
Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Bologna in 1988, he
attended study courses and postgraduate masters abroad in intellectual
property.
In 2004, he obtained his professional qualification as a European Patent
Attorney.
He is particularly experienced in international patent and administrative
invalidation proceedings (in particular opposition proceedings before the EPO,
invalidity proceedings before the Chinese Patent Office, re-examination
proceedings before the US Patent Office - USPTO) and author of several
scientific and educational articles.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Professional services supply chain
of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Tecnostudi Srl
Elena
Sabattini is the Managing Director of Tecnostudi Srl.
In 2004, she graduated in Modern Foreign Languages and Literature at the
UNIVERSITY of Bologna. Since 2016, she has been CEO of Tecnostudi, a
communication agency with 40 years of experience that follows its clients from
(positioning and digital) strategy to brand communication, in traditional and
online media and events.
Since September 2021, she has been Founder and Sole Director of B SIDE
NEUROMARKETING LAB. Since 2021, she has been Startup Mentor in marketing and
communication for Almacube. Since 2019, she has been Coordinator of the
communication department for AINEM Italian Neuromarketing Association
From 2014 to 2017, she was Vice-President of the Group of Young Entrepreneurs
in Unindustria Bologna and, from 2017 to 2019, she was councillor of the Group
of Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria Emilia.
From 1st June 2022 she is joint Managing Director of the Professional
services supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period
2022-2026.
