Paolo Castelli Spa
Paolo Castelli, born in
Bologna in 1966, is the CEO of Paolo Castelli.
Graduated in Political Science with a political-economic orientation from the
University of Bologna, he started working in the family business, which was
called Modular then, as soon as he finished his studies, managing and
developing the company since 1994. In 2010 he purchased the company's shares
from the family and in 2011 he founded Paolo Castelli, General Contractor in
the sector of large supplies and in the production of custom furniture.
Effective Partner of the Leonardo Committee, in 2016 he was appointed third
external member of the Board of Directors of the Alma Mater Studiorum
University of Bologna.
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Home supply chain of
Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Panariagroup Spa
Emilio Mussini, born in
Sassuolo (MO) in 1961, married with two children, he has been President of
Panariagroup since 2009 and still holds the position.
For some 20 years, he has held various roles on the committees and board of
Confindustria Ceramica and currently chairs the trade fair promotional
activities committee.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Home supply chain
of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Smaltochimica Srl
Federico Piccinini, born in Modena in 1975, has been Chief
Executive Officer of Smaltochimica S.r.l. since 2006, with wide-ranging
authority over the management of the group, its subsidiaries and affiliates
worldwide.
A graduate in Chemistry from the University of Modena, he served as President
of the affiliated company Mistral S.r.l. in Sassuolo from 2002 to 2017.
The significant responsibilities he has held and his numerous intercontinental
trips as Smaltochimica's CEO have allowed him to gain considerable experience
in every aspect of company management, in strategic vision, problem solving and
in approaching different cultures and languages.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Home supply chain
of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Fox Spa di Renzo Bompani e C.
Enrico Vento, born in Urbino in 1965, is the CEO of
Fox Spa by Renzo Bompani and C.
Graduated with honours in Economics and Commerce from the University of Modena,
after two years of experience as a Chartered Accountant at the Studio Associato
Pelliciardi in Modena, in 1992 he started a new career in Arthur Andersen,
first as an auditor and then as a business consultant. In 1996 he began the
experience of company manager as Pelliconi's Financial Director in Bologna and
subsequently, in 1999, he entered the Italian branch of Lucent Technologies
& Bell Labs, as CFO, to later become CEO and manage the merger between
Lucent and Alcatel, which took place in Europe in 2006. Upon returning to Modena, he began his
Bompani experience as General Manager and in 2012 he became an entrepreneur by
taking over the company to manage its restructuring first-hand.
