Marco Stella

DTS SpA

Marco Stella is the CEO of DTS Spa, a company operating in the car and motorbike components sector, based in Maranello (MO).
He graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Following a brief work experience in the derivative financial products market in London (LIFFE), he began his career in the automotive sector in 1998 as Business Development Manager at Tubi Style, today Duerre Tubi Style Group Spa (DTS Spa). DTS operates mainly in the automotive sector, on the national and international market, as a Tier 1 supplier of components, modules and systems in the powertrain and vehicle area.
He is Vice-President and President of the Components Group at ANFIA - Italian Association of the Automotive Industry (Turin); Vice-President of CLEPA - European Association of Automotive Suppliers; Member of the Technical Group for Credit and Finance at Confindustria; Member of the Board of Auditors at Confindustria Emilia-Romagna; Member of the Technical and Scientific Committee of FONDAZIONE DEMOCENTER SIPE (Modena).
From 1st June 2022 he is Chairman of the Automotive supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Renzo Gibellini

Reflexallen SpA

Renzo Gibellini, 57 years old, is president of Reflexallen SpA, which he founded in 1988 in Modena.
Today, Reflexallen is an international group with more than ten subsidiaries around the world and over 1,300 employees. It is a Tier1 automotive supplier, but is also present with its brand products in the aftermarket. Five product divisions, a range of over 20,000 products, designed in Italy and manufactured worldwide. Paolo Saini, born in Ferrara on 27 November 1963, is CEO of SATE Industria Grafica, which he took over in 1989. He graduated in law at the University of Bologna and also holds the position of CEO of the publishing company EDISAI, specialising in art catalogues. 
Since 2019, he has been a member of the board of directors and executive committee of NEAFIDI.
From 1st June 2022 he is joint Managing Director of the Automotive supply chain of Confindustria Emilia for the four-year period 2022-2026.

Michele Poggipollini

Poggipolini SpA

Michele Poggipolini, born in Bologna in 1984, is CEO of Poggipolini S.p.A.
In 2002, at the age of 18, he developed the motorbike brand NCR, acquired by the family company, becoming its CEO in 2004. In 2009, he became Director of Sales and Business Development at Poggipolini Srl, dealing mainly with the internationalisation of the company and growth in the Aerospace, Automotive and Motorsport sectors. He is the founder and Ceo of Sens-in Bolt, an innovative startup company, established in 2019, which focuses on making fasteners smart, the first Italian venture building project. He is a member of the Board of BI-REX (Big Data Innovation and Research Excellence), the Bologna Competence Centre. Since 2019, he has been President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Emilia.
