In
2019, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a call for tender to
the implementation of an integrated management system (Adaptive Case Management
System). The objective of this call for tender is to improve the efficiency of
the entire institution, limit the duplication of operations and strengthen the
interoperability system between the Court and external actors. Design,
manufacturing and production activities are financed by a framework contract
lasting five years with a value of €26 million.
Net Service, as leader of the Consortium that sees Charles Oakes Ltd as
principal, will be in charge of the contract and all related activities.
“We are enormously proud of this success.
After a prolonged and demanding selection process, the European Court of
Justice put its trust in our specialist teams and platforms. This endorsement,
received by the highest Guarantee Institution in Europe, recognizes the hard
work carried out over the years by our Group, which can now be considered among
the main players in the e-Justice scenario,” commented Gianluca Ortolani, CEO of Net Service.
“We are confident this is the start of a
long and fruitful partnership with the Court of Justice of the European Union,
a client whose needs and objectives are perfectly in line with the DNA of our
Group,” stressed Cristiano Morgani,
CEO of Net Service Lux.
“The appointment of Net Service as leader
of this ambitious project confirms the capability and excellency of Italian
entrepreneurship in the most advanced innovative sectors, able to compete with
leading global IT companies. Thanks to the strengthening and innovation of the
e-Justice sector, we are confident we can contribute to achieving the quickest
and most efficient Justice system within the framework of national and
international institutions. We are particularly grateful to our diplomatic
authorities and our Embassy in Luxembourg in particular for the support
provided to Italian companies operating in the leading sectors,” concluded Rocco Antonio Cangelosi, President of
the group.
Net Service has come to occupy a primary position in the national and
international Digital Justice sector, operating since 2001 as a partner to the
Italian Ministry of Justice, and on an international level by taking part in
various European e-Justice initiatives. Net Service is the supplier of

international tender for the supply of the integrated management system of
