GREEN MANTIS FIRST OPEN CALL

 

The Green Mantis first Open Call is now open!

The goal of GreenMantis is to financially support manufacturing and energy SMEs to develop innovative projects around three Net-Zero Technologies:
- Electricity Grid Technologies;
- Energy System-Related Energy Efficiency Technologies;
- Transformative Industrial Technologies leading to Decarbonisation.

Funded projects will have to make SMEs more sustainable by :
- Developing New to Firm products, services or processes;
- Leading to the development of business process innovation tied to technological adoption;
- Improving their overall energy efficiency.

These projects will have to be from a TRL 6 to 8 and with a duration of 9 months. This Open Call will support cross-national and cross-sectoral projects between companies and mainly SMEs. Proposals will therefore have to be built around a consortium.

Eligible Consortium:
At least 2 SMEs located in two different EU Member States or Associated Countries to the SMP-COSME programme, from 2 different sectors (NACE code C, D or J, M with a proven activities related to manufacturing).
Larger companies or universities can be part of your consortium but will not receive funding.
Bear in mind that only SMEs will receive funding from GreenMantis.

Under this call, at least 10 projects with a maximum funding of 100,000€ per project will be awarded, with an individual cap of 60,000€ per SME. The total funding available is 1,000,000 €.

GreenMantis will allow within its funded projects activities such as :
- Technology development and prototyping (TRL 6–8);
- Pilot testing and validation in operational environments;
- Demonstration activities;
- Integration of Net-Zero technologies into manufacturing processes;
- Business process innovation directly linked to technological adoption.
