THE CONSORTIUM

ALPHA-RLH

The French Competitiveness Cluster ALPHA-RLH, based in the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region, gathers talents and players in the Photonics & Microwaves areas. The cluster facilitates progress and innovation to boost the economic development of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. ALPHA-RLH is structured around two strategic technological fields, Photonics-Lasers and Microwaves-Electronics, with the support of digital tools, to serve four markets: Health (Medical Devices and Autonomy), Communication-Security, Aeronautics-Space-Defence and Energy-Smart Buildings. The cluster assists companies and laboratories in setting up, evaluating and funding innovative projects, supports innovative businesses' growth, international development and access to new markets. It has over 290 members, the majority of which are within the Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

ITECAM

The Metal-Mechanical Cluster of Castilla-La Mancha (ITECAM), founded in 2002 as a non-profit business association, aims to enhance the competitiveness of companies in the metalworking and manufacturing sectors. Its focus is on driving innovation, supporting the development of green and sustainable solutions, primarily for SMEs in the region, and advancing technologies through specialized departments, including hydrogen technologies, digital transformation, and digital design and manufacturing. Representing 356 companies, the cluster plays a pivotal role in fostering industrial and technological progress by offering high-value services such as advanced technological solutions, R&D consultancy, and customized training programs. Furthermore, ITECAM, as the region’s leading technology centre, leverages its advanced resources and expertise to drive European strategic objectives, offering valuable support in research, development, and innovation.

Inteligentna Energija

Cluster “Inteligentna Energija” is a network of SMEs that contribute to the strengthening of RES industry and energy efficiency with their creative approach. Cluster “Inteligentna Energija“‘s mission is to create new green jobs through production of solutions and systems as well as through delivery and continuous care for installed plants and technology. Cluster “Inteligentna Energija” is focused on green technologies in areas of hydro-energy (small hydro power plants), solar-energy (PV and thermal systems), wind energy (offshore and onshore), geothermal energy, biomass, heat pumps and energy efficiency, all of which havehigh employment potential. Cluster’s activities contribute to economical growth, installation of new energy sources, and higher security of energy supply, better environmental conditions and lower gas emissions.

PRODUTECH

PRODUTECH - Production Technologies Cluster - is an initiative promoted by the Portuguese
Industry of Manufacturing Technologies and is officially recognised by the Portuguese government as
a national competitiveness and internationalisation cluster. This Cluster comprises companies that
can address competitiveness and sustainability challenges by delivering innovative, flexible,
integrated and competitive solutions in response to the manufacturing industry’s needs. PRODUTECH embodies collective efficiency strategies aimed at innovating, qualifying and modernizing the developers and users of manufacturing technologies. PRODUTECH has 140 members, 75% being companies. As a key partner in several EU and national projects, PRODUTECH promotes initiatives and actions fostering the international competitiveness of the Portuguese economy and boosts the cooperation between companies and other relevant stakeholders in a structured way.

CONFEMI

Confindustria Emilia Area Centro is a territorial industry association that represents more than 3400 SMEs and large enterprises located in the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Modena of the Region Emilia-Romagna, to whom it offers a variety of services, ranging from R&I/sustainability to export support, from Tax and Legal to labour law. CONFEMI associated companies are organized into 20 value chains, of which 15 are manufacturing value chains such as, for instance, Automotive, Industrial Vehicles; Machine Tools; Metals and Composite Materials; Mobility and Logistics; Packaging. With the vast majority of its members being SMEs, CONFEMI is ideally positioned to play an important role as Communication and Dissemination WP Leader and engage companies involved in the green transition.

SOLARTYS

SOLARTYS is a non-profit business association actively engaged across the entire solar energy andenergy efficiency value chain in Spain, composed by manufacturers, distributors of materials and
components, engineering firms, installers, and promoters of renewable energy projects. Our mission is
to unite all key stakeholders in the sector, combining our efforts to catalyze the transition towards
sustainable energy practices. By actively engaging with diverse partners, including SMEs, startups,
technological centers, and public administrations, SOLARTYS promotes innovation projects, conducts
networking and matchmaking activities, promotes knowledge sharing between companies, research centers and society, organizes conferences and working groups and facilitates training and education in green and digital technologies, and participates in fairs and international missions, among other initiatives.
